Why doesn't your site accept my non-US issued credit card?
Since we only ship within the United States, we only accept payment with US bank issued credit cards. Some non-US cards do not offer CVV and address verification, which can be dangerous for both buyer and seller.
Are you able to ship to my country?
We are able to ship within the continental United States, District of Columbia, Alaska and Hawaii, APO/FPO, Puerto Rico, and most US Territories. We are UNABLE to ship internationally.
Why is my credit card not working?
We utilize strict payment checks upon checkout, including CVV matching and address verification. Please be sure that the billing address on the card matches the billing address entered upon checkout EXACTLY.
Can I ship to a different address other than my billing address?
All first time orders/buyers must accept delivery of their order at the billing address entered on the order. If this is an issue, it is suggested to checkout via Paypal and amend the shipping address to your liking. As long as the shipping address is confirmed and the payment is eligible for seller protection, we can ship.
Do you accept checks or money orders?
Our only method of payment is Credit Card (Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express) as well as Paypal.
I live locally/in Maryland/DC/Virginia. Can I pick up my order in store?
We do NOT offer in store pickup for online orders. All online orders must be shipped.
Where do you ship from/Where are you located?
We are located at 4730 Auth Place, Marlow Heights, Maryland 20746.
Can you ship Hazmat items (Seat Belt Pretensioners, Air Bags, etc) to me?
We are not shipping Hazmat items at this time due to strict UPS shipping regulations. We are working to be able to ship via Hazmat in the future. Please note that most Hazmat items are still included and available for purchase on the website - you will be notified upon ordering if an item is Hazmat and if we are unable to ship.
Is there anything you don't ship?
We do not ship Windshields, Batteries, and Hoods. The weight, fragile nature, and causticity of these items proves difficult when shipping.
Can my shipping costs change after placing my order?
Yes. Shipping costs on the site are estimates and are 99% accurate. However, occasionally oversize and high dollar value items require extra shipping charges. We will notify you if this is the case before charging your card the additional amount.
Do you sell MINI parts?
We are unable to sell MINI parts due to franchising agreements. Any order for MINI parts will be cancelled and payment authorization reversed. We are currently working on removing these MINI parts from the catalog until we are able to fulfill these orders.
If an item is listed on your website, does that mean it is in stock?
We keep an active inventory of over a million dollars worth of parts, accessories, and tires, but sometimes a part ordered on the site is not in stock. If that is the case, we will order the part from our network of US and German warehouses and adjust the ETA of said part on the order page. This ETA will show the date when the part is expected to arrive to us for shipping, and not to you the customer.
Is there a chance that some parts are discontinued or backordered?
There are tens of thousands of BMW parts available for order, and sometimes it is difficult weeding out backordered and discontinued parts, especially since BMW changes this information on a month to month basis. Ordering a part on our website does NOT guarantee it's availability. Any hiccups in the ordering process will be reported to the customer ASAP.
I am a BMWCCA Member/Shop Owner/in the military. Do I get any additional discounts?
All of our discounts are included in the listed pricing on the website.
What are your hours?
We are open from 9am-5pm Eastern Monday through Friday.
Should I include my VIN number with the order?
YES. Including the VIN number with the order guarantees the fit of the parts for your particular car. We are able to determine which options are on the vehicle and can then see which colors, trim options, upholstery types, and other pertinent information are on the car which can drastically change the parts needed for your repair. We CANNOT GUARANTEE FIT on any parts placed on any order without a VIN number provided.
Is there a warranty for these parts?
All of our parts include a two year, unlimited mile warranty from BMW. Since we are a dealer, this warranty is valid. Some exclusions apply. In the case of failure within the two year time period, the vehicle can be taken to any BMW dealer with proof of purchase of the faulty part to get the warranty process started.
Do you have any bulk discounts?
We will work with you if you are interested in purchasing a quantity of 5 or more of the same part, for resale/wholesale purposes. Contact us for more information.
Can I order Coded Parts from your site?
We are able to procure some coded parts, dependent on the parts themselves. Coded parts are NON RETURNABLE. We are unable to order and ship keys due to BMW regulations.
